Terms and Conditions for the “Baraem” Application

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the “Baraem” application (referred to as “the Application”). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

• The Application: The “Baraem” app designed for managing affairs of nurseries and kindergartens.
• User: Any person who downloads or uses the Application, including parents or guardians.
• Service Provider: The entity owning and operating the Baraem Application.
• Account: The user’s personal account registered on the Application.
• Services: Features offered by the Application, such as managing a child’s account, tracking activities, paying fees, or receiving notifications.

2. Acceptable Use

• Users must use the Application solely for its intended purpose (managing nursery/kindergarten activities).
• It is prohibited to use the Application for any illegal purpose, to damage its reputation, or to bypass system security.
• Users are forbidden from copying, modifying, or redistributing the Application or any part of it without written permission from the Service Provider.

3. Account Creation

• All information provided during account registration must be accurate and complete.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password.
• Any activity conducted through the account is the responsibility of the registered user.

4. Services Provided

• Account Management: The Application allows users to register and track their children’s information.
• Activity Notifications: The Application provides notifications about activities, class schedules, and announcements.
• Fee Payments: Users can pay tuition fees electronically through the Application.
• Communication: The Application may provide a channel for communication between guardians and nursery/kindergarten administration.

5. Fees and Payments

• When using the fee payment feature, users must provide valid payment information.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by the nursery/kindergarten administration.

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights related to the Application, including content, designs, and logos, are the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
• Unauthorized use of the Application’s content or trademarks is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy

• All personal data collected through the Application is subject to the attached Privacy Policy.
• The Application is committed to protecting user data in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Termination of Service

• The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms.
• Users may deactivate their account at any time, but some data may be retained as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of the Application.
• The Application is provided “as is” without any guarantees or warranties.
• The Service Provider is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
